I agree to sign necessary waivers for dt Photography to use my images at their professional discretion for advertising, local, state and national competition(s) and any additional platforms of their need to use my images captured during my modeling session to help advertise dt Photography. By agreeing to this application, I forego any modeling fees I personally charge to have my photo taken by dt Photography in exchange for a select few images from my session provided by dt Photography for my PERSONAL USE ONLY.
